"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"Besides the swimming pool located on the second floor, there is a large terrace on top of the building, cover with synthetic grass, with chairs and restrooms. It's a good place to rest or exercise, plenty of pure air, fantastic to do Yoga."
