At the arrival the staff couldn’t find our booking and was not very friendly. The room we got had no balcony. The furniture was not in a good state. Parts of the walls were damaged. The air-conditioning didn’t work. The bedsheets and towels were very old and smelled strange. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom floor often wet. There were stains on the bathroom‘s floor and the bath was not cleaned well. The hairdryer was sticky and dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable at this hotel.

Good hotel next to natural pools

Nice hotel just a 1 minute walk from the natural pools and the best restaurants in the village. We had a large room with a comfortable bed and a large well-equipped bathroom.

Nice but not too Clean

In general the room was nicely equipped, but unfortunately not very thoroughly cleaned and a bit run down(especially the bathroom). For example there was a big water damage on the wall between the bathroom and the room causing the paint to come off and the floor to swell. The bathroom had a nice whirlpool bathtub, but it was also not in a condition that invited a guest to use it. The floor and most of the lamps were quite dusty. Positive points were the nice balcony, the good size of the room, the reasonably equipped breakfast buffet and the proximity of the hotel to the esplanade. Another point to keep in mind is that the WiFi is free, but just available in the lobby.
