We had one issue with our shower, but the staff was quick to fix the issue and made sure we were taken care of. Could not recommend Soleluna more! It was a 10/10 experience. "

"Fui bem recepcionado, o atendimento é bom. O hotel tem boa estrutura e bem localizado, a ducha é maravilhosa, entretanto, o quarto deixa a desejar, pois tinha o cheiro de mofo, as paredes estavam mofadas, a maçaneta da porta defeituosa, as da cabeçeira da cama dando curto no bucal e ainda ficava com zumbido, aliás, por não ficar ao lado da cabeçeira (e sim sobre a cabeça) não se pode encostar as costa na parede senão levará certamente um choque. O ar-condicionado parecia que tinha uma sacola...
