"We had a really great stay in Forgotten Garden Apartments. We liked the proximity of the sea shore, however quite a steep street led there. Paco 2 for food in Portoroz, Fritolin Pricantini in PIran and the ice creams anywhere as they were beautiful!

Shops are expensive, but a relaxing place to stay. Lots going on at night, lovely bakers near the metropol pool. Some areas are a bit sad and rundown near the marina. Not good if you are disabled, lots of hills and stairs.
