Not recommended for families with young children. The area is very loud due to the proximity to bars & restaurants. People walking on the sidewalk can be heard very easily inside the rooms. If you have allergies to dust or mold, beware. Finally, the floors were sandy. I know this is a beach town but I’d expect that at least on the 1st day there the floors would not be sprinkled with sand.

The place was nice, I was happy to get away from home and my house routines, my biggest fear is the bed sheets, I brought my own bed sheets, and I didn’t have to use them, the place had super clean and the best quality bed sheets and by the way the place is right at the beach, so for me with three kids ( the youngest is two years old) was easy to hang around walking distance.Thank you guys for the nice welcome!!

M Street Apt with Ocean View

First time staying at this apartment and I've been coming to Hampton every summer for about 10 years now. Probably the best combination of location (close to the beach, bars, etc) and ease of moving in that I've experienced. Parking on site and significantly cheaper (for extra cars, which we had 2) than staying in an overnight lot. Staff very friendly, always available if you need anything. The room was spacious, clean and had an awesome balcony facing the ocean. 5 stars and 100% plan on coming back next year.

Great Place!

The owner was easy and pleasant to deal with. When we needed extra towels or sheets he was right there and helpful. We were close to the ocean and enjoyed the trip.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment at the top of M street right across from the beach. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The apartment itself was clean and spacious that included a HUGE outdoor covered porch. Service was also great! Anything we needed like toilet paper or fresh towels was only a phone call away. We will be booking with them again.

Going in blind.

The apartment was great. I don't expect a ton of luxury from a Hampton Beach room. Staff was great. Smart TV. Kitchen. Living room. Bedroom. Nautical Beach Hotels. Don't stay on the bottom strip across from Wally's pub. Pay the extra. Same businesses.
