"Room was a great value. Very clean. Has to be pretty once the leaves turn with all the trees on property . Everyone was nice and helpful. Restaurants across the street. There is a Samuel Adams Beer Garden across the street and liquor store 3 minutes away. Only bad thing was in room 49, the TV wouldn't work, Roku attached has no remote the TV remote would not work and the AC was loud and didn't seem to keep cool. Breakfast is coffee (which was surprising good), OJ and donuts. "

"Our preferred place to stay in Hampton Beach. One block from the beach. They are investing in the property; improving the rooms and the grounds. Rooms are clean."
