Nice boutique hotel right next to the Naval Dockyards, ferry terminal to Gosport and the railway/bus depot. Very convenient for the outlet shopping centre and Spinnaker Tower so a great base for a visit to Portsmouth. Rooms were very nice and well maintained.

It is a small boutique hotel. It is close to the port( I was going on a cruise). There is no air conditioning and it was very hot. Staff were wonderful but were limited to help due to hotel rules.breakfast was limited.
