No towels when we checked in and they often didn't replenish them without asking, toilet was never cleaned, power went out often, asked concierge a question then was directed to someone else then back to him then back to someone else... That happened on multiple occasions. Battery in our door died ...

this hotel was very cute, and staff was very friendly. The only con was the distance from the airport, but that was expected.
