"The bathrooms need work. The floors in the bathroom need to be buffed or something. Additionally, not everything is included in this “all inclusive” resort. You have to pay for the pool tables and game room. Also, you have to pay for room service - and not just the delivery fee. They charged us for the same food they put out from 11-2, as advertised, because they stopped putting food out at 1. $25 for a burger, when they were supposed to put food out until 2. As far as location, location was PRIME. The food in the restaurants was surprisingly decent. I highly recommend L’Olio. Also, one of the security guards, not knowing I speak Spanish, s"

The setting of the pool & bar were amazing overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. The navigator that booked our excursion was very knowledgeable and helpful from day one! Highly recommend the resort and the beautiful island of Aruba!"

When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. I was pissed."
