Hotel Pupetto was truly wonderful, and the entire staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The ocean view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the room was impeccably clean. While I cannot name everyone, I would like to specifically mention Ilenia, Fedele, Fernando, Sumal, and all the ladies at the front desk who coordinated everything prior to my arrival. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner consistently exceeded expectations, always accompanied by the chef's thoughtful hospitality. If you wish to experience Positano away from the crowds, Pupetto is an excellent choice.

I absolutely loved this hotel!!! Perfect location !! Please don't follow gps and save yourself a lot of hassle. It you take the route along the water you will have a smooth quick trip with beautiful views!! They also give you a discount for the beach club which was relaxing and convenient on a beautiful private beach. Do yourself a favor and stay here !!

It’s a bit pricy for what you get but it’s so close to the beach that it’s worth it. The rooms are very basic — don’t expect a cushy bed or fancy bedding. There are a ton of steps so if you are going in the summer be warned, you will get a work out. But the views are so beautiful and the staff is lovely.

This hotel was perfect stay in Positano! It was dreamy with the locations, beautiful lemon trees all around! room was updated, clean and spacious. Set right on the beach you can enjoy a beach walk or hang out just steps away. You don't even need the beach club. Had dinner there and service and food was top notch! Loved it was a short walk to the ferry station and the main town area entrance. Loved it!

The breakfast was good as were the staff. The room was basic however we were woken up at 6am on both days of our stay for construction work. Which was disappointing, no compensation was offered. The hotel in itself is beautiful with views of the the sea, this is a hotel with so much potential once the beach work has been done.
