"Was lovely "

"We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "

"The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate. "

"The outlets in the bathroom area didn’t work. Room was nasty"

"The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."

"The room was clean, however our internet didn’t work in our room and we were unable to connect to Netflix. They said it’s been a known problem which I don’t understand why they would place anyone in that room. The bathroom sink would fill when we’re were brushing our teeth and the constructionist the building was a lot. Honestly this was not of the Marriott standards we’re use to and the area of the hotel was questionable. "

"Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. "Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. "

"Rates obscene due to final four in Indy. Paid triple normal rate we have had in previous years visiting family for Easter. And on top of that they would not include a complimentary breakfast. Tacky. "

"Rize is a great restaurant! The only additional requests I would ask is that a small personal fridge be an option, or an option to clean the mini bar since it’s not weighted. As well as an option to include a microwave in the room. Though not all stays are extended beyond a day or two, families still love to stay here and may be staying for a few days. This would support those extended stays, just as options to be added into the room, or in the mini bars case, the fridge to be cleared. "

"Breakfast was ok. The lady at the reception desk was terrible. She totally ignored me and was busy on the phone speaking Spanish. She took a good 10 minutes speaking Spanish on the phone before she turned to me. Just terrible. "
