"Very updated, quiet and nice"

"The staff were very nice. The room was clean. I stayed 4 nights for the Indy 500. Room service is every 3 days. The breakfast is an average hotel breakfast. It wasn't the best hotel. It wasn't the worst."

"At first day, no hot water. Room was dirty and dusty. Saw the Room where they put their kitchen food and supplies, horrible and disgusting. Left over and old food everywhere.. location I terrible, no restaurants nearby, just near a highway. Never again. And we stayed for six nights. No cleaners in sight!"

"The internet did not work during my stay. The desk attendant tried to help, but was unable to resolve the issue. The TV would not tune to a single channel, making it unusable as well. There was a dirty rag left on the dresser when I arrived, and I noticed moldy carpet in the basement parking ramp. The morning desk clerk also had difficulty listening to concerns and came across as having an attitude. Because the hotel's internet was unavailable, I had to purchase additional cellular data in...

"Room bed covers with blood, upon requesting refund. Manager stated I was in the room for 30 mins. That does not justify the beds were covered in blood stain in the room, being a non-smoking smell like smoking to the carpet and to the ceiling.. The worst experience I’ve ever had."
