"The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate. "

"Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... "The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."

"Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. "

"I went to Redrocf on 6109 East 43rd Street The clerk came out very disrespectful in talking crazy and I already paid for my room alone he had before my ID in my card I said you don't need my ID my card because all you need is an itinerary number cuz I've already paid for the room so I stayed the same hotel last week we want to do one and I did have to pay a f****** deposit so being him going back and forth I said I got $6 cash that's what I want to take no money off my car no more I don't see...

"Came in for the Final Four. Very good location to walk to many places/restaurants. Older building, but clean. Very responsive to needs like extra towels. Good breakfast! Loved the coffee and bacon! Friendly staff!"

"We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "
