"This is a much older hotel that may have been resurfaced over the years. Since the resurfacing must have occurred a little while ago, there are some issues with paint peeling, and normal wear and tear. It could use a good scrub of the walls, carpet cleaning, and new caulk to not appear so dirty. Also, a uniform dispenser in the shower looks much better than some bulk bottles in the shower. The dirty bottles added to the feeling of it not being clean."

"Parking was horrendous and i was double charged and when speaking to a manager she was super nasty about it. I wanted to speak to someone above her and she smiled and said she was the only manager there at the time. I would stay in a tent before ever staying there again"

"It was a little confusing to park to check in as there were no spots designated for that purpose and usually you need a room key for access to the parking garage. Also, I feel the front test should inform guests that the room key needed to be used on the elevator. The room itself was comfortable. Although the tv didn’t really work while it was raining. However the hotel was in the process of switching out the tvs with new ones."

"Booked a room on the wrong date by mistake. Contacted the hotel and Expedia immediately to request changing to the correct day. Let expedia they were not able to reach the hotel to resolve. The hotel never responded. Called the hotel and was told we had to go through Expedia. "

"The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff very responsive. Would have liked a light continental breakfast included with the room."

"HVAC was hit or miss, not controlled properly. The beds were horrible. Lack of food service items sent us out to nearby restaurants which were crazy expensive. The staff seemed ill equipped but the staff was the best part of the experience."

"Never stayed at this hotel before. Large clean room and friendly staff. Bed was comfy. Was nice that they offered a complimentary happy hour and what they call lite snacks which basically was a full meal in the evening. Breakfast was also complimentary. Definitely would recommend staying here."

"Check in wasn't until 6 pm, even though we had called ahead and were assured we would get a room at 4, no apology given. Everything about the room is mediocre. Its a basic room with pretty wall paper. House keeping barged into my room at 830 in the morning. No knock. Thankfully I was already awake. I will never stay again. I would recommend everyone else to look elsewhere."

"The location of this hotel is great! Close to downtown and right on the canal. We had a small mix-up with our reservation through Expedia, but hotel staff took care of it and notified me by text. So helpful! We definitely recommend."

"#1. It was classified as a handicap accessible room but there were no rails near the toilet at all. It had a shower with a shower door, no way could my wife who is an amputee shower. No seat to sit on and only one crab bar. #2. The air conditioner made such a loud noise it was impossible to sleep. Rattling and loud screeching noise. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but the cons outweigh the pros. They did comp us with breakfast."
