"The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also. "Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. "Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. "

"The hotel and room were just okay. Needs updating including paint and hallway carpets. Tv remote did not work and neither did the alarm clock. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Definitely not worth $300 a night but overall fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice."

"We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad."
