"Property definitely needs some upgrades. It looks like they’re trying, but still have areas that need improvement. Bathroom door was cracked in the laminate was peeling off. Curtains were well worn with light coming through them and spots. It was medium clean. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly."

"This hotel was far from clean. Dirt build up around the edge of every bit of the floor. The shower had black dirt build up around the safty handle. The toilet had stool on the side of it. The air conditioner made a loud rattling noise all night. Despite the air running all night we woke up multiple times sweating throughout the night. The hallway smelled terrible. "The property is under renovation, so we assume everything will be in good shape when they are done. The exterior looks terrible, but the lobby is very nice since it has been done. We stayed on the sixth floor and were told by the staff that renovations were still happening on that floor. So guests with the sixth floor rooms had to walk on carpet padding to get to and from the rooms. Probably not ideal for the padding. Also, in the early morning hours, our smoke/CO2 detector started chirping. We...

"Bathroom did not appear to be cleaned. Only new towels seem to be provided. Room floor was not sweeped and counters were not wiped down. Unsure if sheets were changed. Sheets had cigarette holes and one bed had hair from last tenants and room smelled like liquor and cigarettes. Wall in kitchen nook was dirty and wall by the air unit and door were dirty. There was tape in the back corner near the window to cover hole. Air unit had dirt and glitter all over it and had size stickers of clothing...

"Everything was bad. Beds were dirty and had cigarette holes. Mud and dirty on sheets and side of bed and walls. Not fire alarm installed and smelled horrible. The entire place was dirty. Arrived at hotel at 300 and by 315 asked and received a full refund for stay and booked another room some where else. Safety is a concern."

"Checked in and checked right back out. The staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were not good. Trash from the front desk to our room and the room itself had stains on the floor and ceiling. Our bags never even left the car."

"You get what you pay for. It wasn't super clean, but it wasn't awful either. Didn't feel super safe. We didn't really need the staff for anything, so can't really speak to that. Not sure I would stay again."
