"Overall, great location and very clean. Not the best check in experience but that was definitely just the staff member we had. Every other staff member we met was awesome! Make sure to ask for soap in your room because we heard other guests complaining about that and when we got to our room we had the same problem."

"dont book this hotel from 3rd party because 3rd paarty they dont share what they have what they dont have for exmple i book from expidea they sea they have in door sweming pool they have but they dont see is broke.after you try to chacking but front hotel recpson see pool is broke they dont no when they fix. And after they see if you wont to stay other ways check another hotel so rute how to see easy check another hotel Ant you plant to check out one day early they dont give to tetun or any discone i heate that.i dont like expedia they layer and i dont like hote to because hotel by hiltton agean they dont give discon. No more this hotel and no more expedia. I am gowing to this summer anoter vacation but i am gowing take some otheer company and hotel."

"Pros: Staff was excellent, room was spacious, workout area was nicer than some hotels. Multiple laundry machines were convenient. Cons: Pool water was cloudy, I could not see my feet. Continental breakfast was somewhat average, typically the pancake/waffle machines are out everyday..not here. The hotel was noisy from guests inside and out. There was a flashing light above the bed every 10 seconds, the elevator mechanical room started making a whirring sound every 2 seconds in the middle of the night. Someone smoking marijuana outside my window made my entire room smell (I contacted the front desk about this). Previous people left food in the fridge that was not throw away by cleaning employees. All in all it was ok, though I would not stay here again. "

"Everyone was good EXCEPT Manager on Duty during Check Out. The almost Resort Fee Charged was REDICULOUS1 I WILL NOT return back to the Gaylord because of it!!!!"
