The best part of our stay was the breakfast that was delivered directly to our room. As we were leaving, we spoke with management about our disappointing experience and they were very understanding and offered to refund our stay. Every person we talked to from check-in to check-out was friendly and accommodating."

The TV did not work even though the front desk staff made two trips to our room in attempt to fix it. He was very apologetic. The carpet is filthy. I am surprised this hotel is in the Wyndham family of hotels."
