I came to the hotel to check in. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. Check In is at 3 but I was there at 2. She let me check in even though she didn’t have to. She did inform me as I was checking in that there was no water due to a busted pipe up the road. She said it would be around 4-5pm it should be fixed. There was not a working bathroom in the whole building. No restrooms or sinks to wash hands. I was fine with it because things happen and it wasn’t the hotel’s fault they didn’t have water. 4pm rolls around and I go to the front desk to inquire about an update on the water. I was greeted by a female who stated she was the manager. I asked about if there was an update about the water situation. I was informed that it could be in the next hour or until the next day after we check out. I was talking in a calm manner not being rude or came off as being rude. (If I was rude I wouldn’t be writing and giving a low rating) the Manager decides to kinda talk down to me like she was better than me. With somewhat of an attitude. Now I completely understand if I had an attitude she may have an attitude because after all we are all human but as stated above I KNOW I was not rude what so ever. Being in the hospitality business the customer should feel comfortable and welcomed, I did not feel that at all. I would recommend retraining the manager in hospitality. No I don’t want a refund or anything such as compensation.
