"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"Nice and clean apartment. Based on pictures you don’t actually know what kind of room you get as photos in hotels.com include photos from different available rooms. It was also a bit unclear how to check-in. I called the reservation office and they called to the next person who then came and showed our apartment. Also worth mentioning that tou get only 2-3 toilet paper rolls and after that you are supposed to buy your own. This is quite unique solution. However, nice and clean apartment."

"Wonderful genuine 5 star hotel. Fantastic breakfast, infinity pool, beach (although pebbly in Croatia). Meals can be a little expensive but seemed to be the same across Split. Very comfortable huge bed! "

"The small banglows made a nice change, the beach although public was nice, quiet and only really used by customers in the resort. Shame they charge for parking!! Food was good. "I travelled with my husband and we stayed for 3 nights. It was a great short trip! The resort is beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The bathrooms were okay, they did not match the vibe of the rest of the hotel, but everything still worked. We had an issue with our balcony door and it was promptly fixed. There is wifi all over the resort including the lobby and the pool area. The buffet breakfast was my favourite part of the trip, the selection had everything you can imagine. The rest of the food was quite delicious too, including pizza, pasta and seafood. The staff were nice enough, but I found that when I spoke Croatian they changed their attitude and were more friendly towards me (I speak English with my husband). Overall I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up! "
