Free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 includes bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, cold cereals. Friendly front desk staff. The room we stayed in was really comfortable, it had a full kitchen complete with a full sized fridge, oven, and dishwasher as well as dishes. "Always love staying a the Benson. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Love the valet service. Restaurant has great food and service. Hotel is beautiful and love the walk ability to restaurants shopping."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia. The room was clean and stylish with all we needed. The nespresso coffee machine is a big upgrade compared to most hotel in room coffee choices. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The free arcade was a unique touch and the happy hour in the lobby was a surprise too. The location is great making walking to explore downtown easy. Id recommend this location for adults. Families with small kids might want something different. "

"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "

"Good selection of restaurants within about six blocks. Second time here and second time I had to stand outside ringing the bell for as much as five minutes for someone to buzz me in. Overall, it’s a lovely place with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Great location: only five-minute walk to Amtrak station and even less to light rail. "
