"The room was a bit on the small side. TV pixels were faded on half of the screen. Landscaping in poor condition. Dead plants on entrance. However room was clean."

"The room was quite large, separate sleeping area & living area with kitchenette & in room laundry. Everything was clean. Pool area looked nice, but we didn’t really use on this trip. Loved the free snacks! Location was very convenient with short drives to downtown Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale & the airport. Would stay here again. If you can’t do stairs, I would suggest requesting a first floor room. My only “complaint” was that the fridge door swung open from the wall making it awkward to access."

"When walked in the hotel, there was a fowl smell, had 2 TV’s in my room with 2 remotes and told the front desk never seen anyone from maintenance nor when I told them about the tub fill up with water when in the shower still nothing from maintenance and when checking out asked for an extra laundry bad they couldn’t help cause they said they didn’t have access to their things but insured me they were on their way it was almost 9 o’clock. Breakfast was okay"

"So disappointed in this property. Let me start off by telling you when you go to check in there is not a human being there to check you in. You will be checked in virtually with an agent at another location. Yes you got that correct it's a virtual check-in so you stand in front of a TV with a camera and you speak to a live person that is located in God knows where and the machine spits out your key card. I really had no problem with that it was the fact that I paid nearly $100 to have somewhere to sleep only. The bathroom was not so great but when I went to take a shower the next morning I discovered all kinds of mold and filth inside the shower area and refused to get inside of it. I found an employee who I told about the issue her comment was " okay" I wish they would have saved me the trouble and the money and let me just sleep in my car for free! Also got up in the middle of the night to use a restroom and the toilet is leaking from underneath and I stepped into a huge puddle of water. This location used to be okay but not so much anymore. Super disappointed and disgusted. Motel 6 called me to ask about my stay I told them and they did absolutely nothing about it didn't even care. Didn't offer me a free night or even a discount on another night absolutely nothing. So motel 6 thanks for letting me start my day without a fresh shower! You need to do better! What a ripoff!"

"Pool area not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Pool filthy and garbage overflowing. Ask at desk to have it cleaned. She was very nice and said we’ll get on it right away. Never did get done until the next morning when we were leaving"
