"Such an amazing hotel. The room was decorated beautifully and the bathroom looks like a library was real book titles. The bed was super comfortable, and the location could not have been more perfect. The staff at the front, Helena was super helpful with navigating public transit when we were confused and would absolutely stay at this hotel again and again given the opportunity."

"The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful lobby and great décor, which is definitely its strongest point. It would benefit from having a gym, spa services, and newer TVs in the rooms to improve the overall guest experience."

"OK, but! Bad smell of body odour as you enter the room. No real air conditioning control ( the controls are locked to limit ). Floor of bathroom damaged by repeated water splashing from the shower. Floating floor in the bathroom, which is a no no, if you care. Shower not so clean at the jonction of glass and floor. So they need to rethink the approach of customer experience!! "

"On this property there is people that live here so they don’t like when you arrive late, the building is old so just walk upstairs make lots of noise, if you like freedom this place is not for you here you have to be in silence all the time if you talk all buildings can earn you, but the staff is nice 👍 "

"I love the fact that the Hotel Astoria hasn't changed all that much over the years. It was quaint, but I didn't feel that it was forced. Go with confidence!"

"No serious issues but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I stayed three nights and each night it sounded like people in rooms above and beside me were either smashing furniture or throwing suitcases across the room. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel and possibly a rare occurrence."
