"The whole place is a little tired but perfectly functional and the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The main complaint is the other guests who swarmed the pool area, left rubbish everywhere and were a genuine nuisance. Not much the staff can do about that. They were mainly Dutch and Danish which surprised me. I expected better from them. "

"Short walk from the bus station. 10 min walk up hill away from the water from the ferry stop. Conveniently located near a grocery, in the old section of town. Near every thing! We had apartment 2. Both 1,2 have large balcony’s looking north with a mostly unobstructed view of the lake dining table and chairs on the deck were fabulous. Beds comfortable pillows were flat. "Great location near lake. You have to go to another hotel for check in/out which was inconvenient with luggage since we were not driving. Dining, grocery, and shopping nearby. Noisy in the evening outside"
