The hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Everything was truly worthy of five stars! A special mention goes to the manager, Michael, who was extremely proactive, professional, welcoming and friendly. A real credit to this hotel, even if he does support the Magpies!

courtyard prague is good place to stay if you need to be in that part of town. with Flora shopping next door and underground station at Flora, easy to get to other parts of town. very good breakfast available.

Exceptionally wonderful and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was average as far as comfort, but was all-in-all good. We were able to walk to everything we needed - grocery store across the street with shopping and lots of restaurants close by. There were also several transportation options very close.

Great stay, wheelchair accessible

We had a lovely 3 days stay at Courtyard Marriott Prague City. The wheelchair accessible room was spacious and well equipped with a shower seat and hand rails. Both the reception team and the restaurant team were helpful. Hotel basement parking is convenient. There are also on street parking. There is a shopping mall next door across the street.

Great hotel for Prague Tourism

It’s a great hotel for a short family trip. The breakfast spread is quite good (compared to most European hotels), and they have jugs of refreshing cold water at the reception which was very handy in the summer. The location is actually very functional, with access to both metro and tram within 3-5 minutes and the ability to get to city center within 15-20 minutes on an average. Also the food court at the Atrium next door and other food choices around makes is very convenient to stay at. The groceries stores around are helpful if you plan to pick up snacks for your day of tourism. The only downside I can think of is that the rooms are somewhat small (specially with 2 twin beds) if you are going as a family.

This hotel is off the beaten path and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a shopping mall across the street and many dining options. The hotel’s restaurant is very good with extremely attentive staff. The only observation are unruly guests that run in the hallways and slam doors disturbing other guests’ rest. Some seemed like unsupervised young children. Maybe there is an opportunity for the hotel to better monitor and control this.
