It’s a great location and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and mostly updated except for the carpet but it was fine, just not newer. The breakfast had lots of variety and options. When I booked the hotel it said they had laundry facilities but upon arrival I was told they didn’t. They did help accommodate us and the cleaning staff washed a load of our laundry for 20 euros. Overall it was a good experience.

Positives: Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was delicious with multiple options (hot and cold). Free coffee, cappuccino, tea all day. Great location, walkable distance to city center, supermarket, and shopping. Negatives: Our safe was locked in the room so we couldn’t use it. No ironing board. Stained carpet. Room didn’t look like any of the options in the pictures advertised online (outdated and dingy), drains were clogged - slowly draining.

This is a gem of a hotel. It's the perfect location to explore Budapest on foot as it's located right in Old Town Budapest The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful breakfast

Room in attic was spacious but temperature very hot. Even with a/c and window open. Leak from ceiling in bathroom. Didn't like bath as nowhere to put showerhead when using soap. Good cleanliness and decor. Very musty corridor and could snell breakfast in corridor. Staff not very friendly and breakfast was very basic.

Toppen läget

Bästa med hotellet är läget, centralt och nära till det mesta: sevärdheter, restauranger, shopping, tunnelbana. Personalen och servicen är toppen. Vi bokade hotellet i sista minuten, hade inte många rum att välja på, men rummet vi fick var helt ok, något mörkt badrum och lite hård säng. Frukosten är enkel men vällagad. Vi kan absolut välja samma hotell igen.
