My sister and I had an amazing time at the Hilton Prague. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful, including the bartenders at the Cloud 9 bar. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague.

The facilities were very well maintained and clean, had no issues at all with our stay here. It’s a huge hotel with a lot to offer, well located with good transport options. In particular Mariah from the check in desk gave exceptional customer service. Everything is good breakfast buffer nicely but they not refilled shampoo on 1st day and again showers gel on 2nd day it should be regular check and refill if it's less not let them run out.

Really enjoyed our stay here. This was the first time we have visited Prague. It was nice to have everything close by. I really enjoyed using the fitness center and it was nice to have the market in the front of the hotel for basic needs and there’s also a grocery store called Albert‘s close by. The only problem I had was with the water temperature I would be taking a shower and for some reason, it would go to cold every few seconds overall, the room was great and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay as usual! What stood out most were the amenities; the executive lounge, spa, gym, pool, and sauna were all immaculate and extremely well maintained. I stayed during New Year’s Eve, and despite the hotel being extremely busy, the staff continued to deliver a high level of customer service. Extra kudos to the team for managing guests from all over the world with professionalism and warmth. My only critique was during check-in: the young lady assisting me seemed confused by my ID also being a driver’s license. Some additional training on international identification and document differences could be helpful. Overall, another excellent stay, and I look forward to returning.
