Well located, near a tram stop and in a nice neighborhood. The Russian style architecture is a bit pompous, but that did not detract from a comfortable one-week stay. The staff was very accommodating, responding promptly to requests for extra hangers, another pillow, etc,

The hotel was very busy, but checkin was very fast and efficient. Staff very helpful and attentive. Lovely room and breakfast was most enjoyable. Views of the city from the rooftop bar are amazing

Great Customer Service by all staff that we encountered. Maria at the reception was welcoming and provided answers to all our questions. Food was great at both restaurants. We tried the Friday dinner buffet and service was awesome! Also at the other restaurant Jugoslav was very kind to us. Overall great stay.
