Great location. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and everything is within walking distance. With the current road construction (Oct 2025) parking is tricky as there are limited spaces and the closest option is street parking.

The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel were top notch. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful when we approached for recommendations. Hotel was also extremely quiet in which we were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was decent and the staff, once again, were on top of the cleanliness of the restaurant and restocking the food items. We would recommend this place to everyone.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was basic. There was a spiderweb on the nightstand lamp, and was never cleaned. Toiletries and paper were not promptly refilled. Location is great!!!

Disappointing. Limited on-site facilities with pool and gym located in nearby premises and subject to a charge. Breakfast is the only meal served and no bar/lounge is .available. Room service is basically a tidy-up and used cups and glasses were not replaced.. The foyer is small and is easily crowded. Check-out is at 11:00 and not noon.

Disappointing

The details for the hotel state there are smoking areas, THERE ARE NOT. They say you can only smoke in the street! Why was I not informed when I specified a smoking room? We only booked this hotel as the description said smoking areas, which there are none. Hotels.com must update this hotels details. Wasted money could have gone to a cheaper hotel. Very bad smell in suite for whole of the stay. Neither TV’s worked, one would not power on, the other only had premium channels (Netflixs etc) where you must login. No terrestrial channels, message: problems with the aerial? Also, had to take 2 different lifts to reach our suite after walking down 2 corridors. Very unimpressed will never use again.

Horrible!!!! llegué y no encontraron mi reserva y de una forma grosera me dijeron que no podían hacer nada que estaba el hotel lleno y era culpa de hoteles. Al rato de estar sentada desesperado encontraron mágicamente la reserva y me mandaron a otro hotel que no fue de mi agrado pero era eso o dormir en la calle o gastar lo ya pagado.

Flotte dager på sentralt beliggende hotell i eventyrlige Praha! Stort rom med deilig bad, god aircondition og uten støy utenfra. Bra frokost, men litt trangt i tidsrommet da "alle" ville spise. Lite innsjekkingsområde. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

I booked Ramada, got it confirmed, when I came to the hotel there was a note on the door that it is closed, and that I should go to EAhotels Julis. Only 5 mins walk, but a lot lower standard. Very bad customer service that the hotel did not tell me before.
