The hotel staff were really polite and helpful. The hotel had access to a good gym and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is really close to the tram and metro making it easy to get to/from and around Prague.

Weekend away with friends, hotel is very presentable, all the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Very clean, rooms are spacious and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Very good central location for the city too, walking distance to a lot of the main areas.

Amazing breakfast, hotel had one of the best breakfast spreads I have ever seen, do not miss it if possible! Rooms were big and spacious the only complaint was the shower heads, they were funky in both rooms we had. Every floor had a free water filter for all to use.

A good choice

Location was perfect,right next to a shopping centre and quick and easy transport links to old town and all the tourist spots. Reception welcoming ,open and light and staff helpful. Room was clean and large,all the usual amenities .bed comfy and showers powerful and hot.

An all-round excellent experience. The hotel has many dining, bars, cafes, shopping and transport options all within easy reach. The "old" section of Prague is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel, or if you prefer, catch the tram from one of the stops located near the hotel.
