"We were upgraded to sea view for a nominal cost.Staff were friendly and helpful.Room was clean but too small for two friends travelling together.The window blind for the glass door to deck wouldn't roll up so we had to roll up by hand to access deck."
"The area the resort is located is beautiful. It is a five star, but the building needs paint & the rooms need a bit of attention. ie rust in tub, drain not flowing properly.

"Unfortunately the rooftop hot tub was unavailable due to damage caused by recent hurricane. Not the hotels fault and they are working to repair the damage but would have been nice to know since this was a factor in booking this property. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a shared kitchen available and the provided breakfast was excellent! Location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Can’t be beat. "
