"When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough.
