"The hotel is pretty but so noisy, the elevator is loud and the doors. The beds are rock hard with lumpy old pillows. The tv doesn’t work and the shower is poor. "

"Basic Rooms are big & clean.. Unfortunately the room safe are not pinned down hence it can be move around. Did not dare to put anything valuable & passport in the safe when we go out the whole day. The hotel is right in the heart of Pratunam market hence everything is available once you step out of the hotel’s front door."
