"Clean room and extremely helpful staff. Cyril was a great host to the associate us to the area of Le Marais. Great European breakfast at 20 euro per person. Room was very very tight. Only thing that was bothersome was the lack of space in the room. Conveniently close to metro!"

"Kind staff but the pumping and lack of AC really bugged me. In late April they still have the AC turned off so you have no control over the temp of your room. If you open the windows it’s extremely loud with the bars nearby. Also the toilet didn’t flush right. Lots of water came and went but paper and waste remains. "The hotel is in a good location for the Metro, especially to Gare du Nord. There are also bars, restaurants and shops in the area which makes it quite vibrant. We walked from the hotel to Notre Dame in around 20 minutes although there is also a bus service close-by. The room itself was not large, but certainly average size by Parisian standards. Staff were helpful and friendly. The Marais, in which the hotel is situated, is a lovely area to walk around. "

"Not so great. I booked this room because of the positive reviews. We had a Triple luxury suite. Overall the room was gloomy and not maintained. The cords to open/ close the drapes were broken and tangled on the floor. The carpet on the stairs was grimy. The two beds upstairs were comfortable but the single bed downstairs was uncomfortable and had a “well used” cover on it and we were invited to make it up with the linens in the closet. Breakfast was OK . Another positive …the windows...
