Great family hotel

Great location for exploring the Fiemme Valley, staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Room was great and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Pool was great, swim caps are needed but can be purchased from reception. Only negative was noise did travel quite a bit from room to room and the kids at summer camp were quite noisy around the hotel.

Abbellire l'area piscina e wellness, almeno dal punto di vista del sistema di illuminazione che ora risulta tetro e spento soprattutto in piscina. Anche nel bagno turco la luce piena non aiuta a rilassarsi. Credo che con una spesa ridotta si possa migliorare l'esperienza di questi spazi. Lo Kneip era rotto. Animazione non all'altezza (qualità del personale, professionalità e strumenti a disposizione) e anche le sale potrebbero essere abbellite con colori diversi e illuminazione più briosa.

La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima però abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con molta polvere (c'erano persino gli insetti della polvere) e le stanze non sono insonorizzate.. neanche un po' (sentivamo piangere un neonato anche nelle ore notturne). Sicuramente c'è di meglio nella zona...non ci tornerei

L’Aparthotel Majestic è bello con personale molto disponibile. L’appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato era molto comodo e con tutti i confort sia nelle camere che nell’angolo cottura dove erano presenti tutte le stoviglie necessarie. La ricezione del wi-fi non era buona nell’appartamento, ma il personale della reception si è subito adoperato ad inviarci dei tecnici per risolvere il problema in tempi brevi. Questo servizio ci ha confermato che gli ospiti vengono trattati molto bene.

Comodo e pratico

Aparthotel comodo vicino al centro di Predazzo, ottima base per escursioni in Val di Fiemme. Purtroppo la piscina era chiusa per ovvie ragioni. Non so giudicare il ristorante della struttura in quanto non ne abbiamo fatto uso. Complessivamente è stata una buona esperienza.

Settimana bianca in famiglia senza andare rovinati

Una buona scelta per fare una settimana bianca in famiglia senza andare rovinati. La stanza é sufficientemente grande anche per 4 (32mq) anche se con i letti in posizione da notte (anche quello matrimoniale é a scomparsa) ci si gira con difficoltà; gli spazi sono però sfruttati al massimo con molti armadietti. Ottimo il servizio di reception (peccato sia chiusa all’ora di pranzo anche il giorno di arrivo) e validi i servizi dell’hotel (spa e ristorante annesso). Due pecche gravi impediscono di dare la valutazione massima: temperature equatoriali nelle stanza anche con i termosifoni spenti (chi sta nel letto a castello fa la sauna) e l’assenza di un vero deposito sci (quello presente non ha la possibilità di lasciare gli scarponi, quindi se si va a sciare con i pulmini non si sa dove mettere le scarpe). Un altra piccola pecca i cuscini inconsistenti.
