This is a lovely property. We booked a balcony with a retractable awning (with a spiral staircase to the room!) with excellent views of Geneva and the lake. Hotel looks like apartment with essential facilities, which is good when one is on holiday with children. everything is clean and tidy. staff is quite helpful. would recommend.
