No elevator for this two floor hotel but both security and hotel staffed assisted with our luggage to and from the room during both check in and check out process. Breakfast was delicious and parking was always reserved for us. Rooms were cleaned upon request and beds were comfortable. AC was strong and Smart TV has cable.
