"Such a great hotel and excellent customer sevice! Very accessible, clean, and it is in a quite area. The staff at the front desk were phenomenal (cant remember names) as well as the housekeeping. Despite the ongoing rennovations everything seems great! Breakfast ia good but we opt outside as we are exploring new places to eat. Definitely recommend this to my friends ans will come stay here again when back in SD!"

"We had the suite with the bunk beds and it was perfect! Dad with my son and 2 of his friend's on a SeaWorld trip couldn't have been better spent! And the breakfast was to die for! The boys definitely ate the weight!"

"It was a nice stay, just very noisy with our room near the stairs and all the walkways. Lots of noise with our room on that corner. Late arrivals, people by the pool, and going up and down the stairs at night. Really hard to sleep."

"Very clean room. Lots of friendly helpful staff. The cool air wasn’t working and they had maintenance come right away and fix it. The pool was very large and a great temperature for swimming in early May. "

"When we first got in the bathroom, I saw hair attaching on the bathtub wall. Show water is not strong. AC is weak. I got sweat at the mid night. No way to adjust temperature. Other things are normal as expected."
