"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! there is no elevator and you have to climb up spiral stairs to your room (5th floor). Now the code did not work and I have to call the security to help with that. They have a portable air conditioner that DOES NOT WORK!!! and I have communicated this to them but got a response ..."
