"Clean room"

"Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member. "

"Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs"

"The only good thing was the mexican restaurant next door. The bed had cigarette burns all over it also stains. No soap at the sink. The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns"

"No pool. Elevator made sounds and shaky at times. Patched up parts of the room from repairs. Breakfast ok, has been better at other holiday inn hotels."

"The room was clean and towels nice but there as no soap, shampoo or even a plastic drinking cup. We were quite unpleasantly surprised by that. "

"This property was extremely disappointing. Charged me for an ESA when I made it clear 3 times prior to my arrival that I have a service animal. Then refunded $10 less than what they took from my account. Additionally, our bathroom light stopped working on our second day and they couldn’t accommodate us in a similar room so they gave us an additional room and we had to use the bathroom in one room and sleep in both. It was not at all convenient. Will NEVER patronize this hotel or any other...

"Door would not properly lock, had to ask to move to a different room. Rooms had an odor "

"Great location, right off 95. Clean and comfortable, nice rooms. Great staff. Enjoyed our breakfast and rebooked for our return trip too! Highly recommend."
