"We have stayed here several times and, as usual, the service was really good. I would recommend the steak and sausage pie. Plenty of meat and well cooked. When we checked in we showed a printed booking receipt and it was confirmed that payment had been made. On leaving, the owner said they didn't deal with Hotels.com only Expedia and we were informed the bill had not been paid, but we paid at time of booking. We did feel quite upset by this. This was cleared up but was upsetting at the time."
