"We were only in the property a couple of hours before we were moved due to the building being unsafe.
We were moved to an apartment at roughly 21:30 at night, we were moved to an apartment with no hot tub, as this was not the experience we were looking for we agreed with Donnini to leave the next morning and they would give us a full refund (we were booked for two nights).
Over a week later Hotels.com and myself can’t get a response from Donnini and needless to say a refund hasn’t been...
"We had a great stay at our daughters wedding all the family in one large villa but still felt part of the hotel. Cars come and take you up to the hotel whenever you wish. Or the grounds are beautiful to walk up to the hotel. All the staff we met were amazing"
"Lovely hotel, bed was super comfy, room was nice and clean. Bar area and restaurant have been done up really nice. Only negative is the water went cold pretty quickly in shower "
