"المواقف قليلة ومزدحمة"

"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"

"When we arrived, we were initially not given the same room that was shown on the Expedia website, so we had to wait while contacting Expedia to clarify the issue. After speaking with Expedia, the hotel management handled the situation very professionally. The manager personally contacted us and assured us that we would be given a room matching the photos shown online. They were very respectful and helpful in resolving the issue, and we appreciated their efforts."

"The photos are fake and the price is very high its just a 1 star hotel."

"Excellent service. Neat and clean rooms."

"This is a most wonderful comfortable hotel located so close to the Mesjid-e-Nabavi. I have been staying at this same hotel each time I come to the Holy City of Medina Munawara. The staff is the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Professional, courteous and most helpful. Recommended!"

"Doesn't look like the pictures."

"Hotel was great for Ramadan as it was near an amazing restaurant, very clean and fresh. Only downfall was they were building near by as in most places and there was alot of noises otherwise would if gave 5 star, there also isn't a reception area. "

"Staffs were super nice. Also, rooms are very clean."

"Very peaceful I will say rate it an excellent place for a solo traveler"

"While the cleaning staff were polite, helpful, and always willing to accommodate requests whether providing extra towels or ensuring the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly the front desk experience was disappointing. The front desk staff were rude, unfriendly, and carried an attitude that made interactions uncomfortable. It almost feels like the location of the hotel contributes to this behavior; being close to a high‑traffic area, they seem confident guests will stay regardless of how they treat...
