"Old, shabby hotel but decent. Lady at the front not very communicative . She was doing her job but felt like she was just going through the motions. Water is brown..could use a filtration system. There is a bar steps away and also Tim Hortons is walking distance(a couple of blocks)."
"Good hotel.
Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Ocean harbor view (half the rooms).
Small bathroom, hard to use. Floor is uneven, almost fell. Staff were not the friendliest, a bit ignorant."
"The room was clean, but very basic. Such as only 1 bedside table, no clock. No complimentary bars of soap/lotion, etc. in the bathroom, only a soap dispenser. The bathtub looked kind of old and drab, same as the shower curtain. The free continental breakfast was very basic, only a few items to choose from. Plus there was a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor, with a tiny fan pointed it at - I don't know why they didn't mop it up! Plus no air conditioning in the room, and the patio windows were dirty - kind of disappointed for the amount of money I paid. We had to park down the street from the hotel. Won't be going back there!"
"A charming place by the water Because of some miscommunication we only stayed one night out of our planned 4 days but not their fault and they went over and above to make sure we were refunded from Expedia. Next time book direct. We will certainly stay next trip to Rupert to visi family "
