"staff was kind and accommodating. Location was great - walkable to town, the carnival and Assateague island was close by (driving). Ample parking. Pool was nice but we did not go to the pool.
Breakfast, average. "
"Property is well- maintained and staff takes pride in what they do. The pier is great for fishing. There is a great pool and patio. We used the grills to cook some food. Beds were comfortable. "
"We were a little hesitant to book a room because of the negative reviews, but went ahead with it because the photos looked good. Yes, the hotel is undergoing renovation, and that should be mentioned on Expedia. We had no trouble finding the temporary entrance, the staff was friendly and courteous. Our room and bathroom were very clean, the bed comfortable. We were given fresh towels and toiletries every day. We had no issues whatsoever with the construction, and will absolutely stay here again...
"Very Nice hôtel, very clean quiet. Nice Little donut shop a couple of blocks away. Wish we had more time to stay there. Unfortunately we were just passing thru!"
"Lots of water spots on ceilings , big gap in the front door, water never got hot in the shower.
We only stayed for 10 hours to rest while passing through. It served its purpose "

"Our stay with four grandchildren was great. They enjoyed the pool. The room was clean & spacious with a balcony and a great view. The staff was pleasant and courteous from the front desk, breakfast crew and housekeeping. Enjoyed walking downstairs and having a full hot breakfast every morning. I definitely recommend this hotel."
"We absolutely loved our stay at key west cottages! This was our second time staying here! The property is quiet, clean, well maintained and has great amenities. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and shops! We can wait to continue to come back here year after year!"
