"Loved the layout and privacy and seating areas it was all very pretty. Staff very obliging and caring. Shuttle bus a lovely servicel as town is a drive away. However we didn't find out until the last day that we could eat in the hotel next door at night. This should be in the welcome paperwork as it's a way from town. The gardens and pool all needed some TLC and would greatly improve the experience."

"Excellent location, very clean and just far enough out of Sorrento to be in a very peaceful location away from the busy Sorrento town. Sorrento is just a short 20min walk downhill, but the hotel does offer a free shuttle in the morning and evening to and from Sorrento. My only comment would be that there should be more shuttles in the evening, as some of the times are a bit spaced apart. Staff were very friendly, pool was lovely, I would definitely stay here again."

"You can not get better than Bel Air. The staff truly cares about your stay. The rooms absolutely perfect, (Americans like me) AC works so well. The morning breakfast buffet was more than enough and extremely tasteful! Thank you for having us and we hope to be back again"
