"The room was clean and comfortable. Small but good value for money. Unfortunately, on arrival there was no reservation in their system and it took almost an hour to solve. The receptionist was professional and patient but did not speak at single word of English so we had to communicate through Chat GPT. "First they sent me to check in into occupied/dirty apartment No. 63. Then they sent me to apartment 73 with electronic key with low battery, and weird pink substance (?) hidden in lamp. Then they sent me to apartment 53 which was a normal check in. Long time in hallways without room (after 3 pm). Woman on other side of chat refused to talk to me. Not good attitude. On bright side, good location, and easy system to access building and apartments. Low price"
