"Clean room nice service"

"I booked this hotel because of the multiple hot tubs that they listed. I even called the property before booking to make sure that the hot tubs were in working condition. Of course, only one whole hot tub was open and it was freezing cold. There were lots of people at the pool that day and everyone was frustrated! Also upon arriving, I noticed our room was a little warm, but we set the air conditioning and left to go exploring and did not come back until past 9 PM. The room was still warm and we noticed that in the middle of the night the thermostat reset back up to a higher temperature. I told them about this the next day and had to ask multiple times for someone to come fix the air conditioning. I was also told upon leaving by the manager Rajiv that I would receive one night refund and then they never gave it! They won't return any calls or help resolve the issue. Completely ridiculous as a Hilton member, I am so disappointed."

"My room was very spacious and very clean. the staff was great, I called several times as I was arriving late and they were so kind and reassuring. We were greeted each morning and evening. I wish the room windows had a darker shade or covering. I will stay there again."

"The pictures shared on the website are definitely not the same in person. Not coming back, area is super sketchy as well. "

"The property was very nice and clean and in a nice area. The restaurant was closed from 2-5 which didn’t work for me. You were able to order food at the bar. Food was very good. Just would have been nice to eat at the table at restaurant. Other issue had to book 2 nights as I was arriving early in the morning. Hotel only said I can call early to see if room available, even though reservations said there were. rooms available. even when I offered to pay more for early check in. I could not call in the morning as I was traveling. I could not risk not getting into room for 3-4. Was attending an event and it would have been too late for me. So had no choice but two book for two night. I felt they could have been more accommodating. ."
