"This trip was probably the best we’ve taken. It was perfect and celebrating my wife’s birthday she is raving about the amenities and personal attention they showed her. I am looking forward to returning soon!"
"The resort was gorgeous. The pools were quiet and peaceful. The beachfront was stunning with ample umbrellas and loungers available for all (wasn't necessary to reserve in advance or wake up before sunrise to "claim your spot"). Plenty of spots available at pool also. The staff was accommodating and kind. We were able to check in 3 hours early with no advance notice. Bicycles were conveniently available. "
"We had a decent stay at the West Bay Club. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Great spot for lunch on the beach. There are kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkels you can grab for free right on the beach which was super nice. The hotel has an excellent spot on the beach with a beautiful view. The chairs, umbrellas are very nice.
My cons of the hotel were the amenities at the front desk and cleanliness of the room. I felt the room could have been cleaned better. There were some spots that still looked pretty dirty. The chairs in the room were stained up and old. The bed was not very comfortable either. The bed frame was broken so the mattress laid at an angle. During my stay, my wife needed feminine products and a toothbrush. The front desk had neither. They recommended going to a nearby grocery store to purchase them myself. This was fine, but my experience at resorts like this, they typically can provide something simple like a toothbrush.
The pool is basic. The breakfast was fine. There is no gift shop or other small store like other resorts have.
Overall a decent resort but not my favorite compared to my other stays in Turks & Caicos."
"Overall property was nice, food was good. Part of the room was updated and other parts were still dated. The servicing of the rooms was excellent, twice a day. The service at the restaurant Pelago was very slow, the beach service took over an hour to get anyone to come take your order even with the flag up for service and some times the people helping with towels and beach equipment would be a little rude. Overall it was good place to stay, the beach was short but clean. We could also walk to other resorts to eat dinner at their restaurant easily as taxis can be pricey for a family of 6. "
"Quiet end of Grace Bay for those looking for a peaceful stretch of beach. Staff, amenities, service, food, rooms were all first rate. The grounds were lovely. Plenty of chaise loungers available. Simply perfect for a relaxing, no hassle vacation. It's lovely. "
"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel! Book it! We booked a Suite, 1 Bedroom Island View. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, 2 safes, two tvs, a small kitchen, living room, a nice porch and a king size bed. It was amazing to have such a large space for two of us. In the kitchen we only used the nespresso (so happy they had nespresso!) and fridge but otherwise it has a few pots and basic equipment if you want to cook a very simple meal. The hotel truly thought of everything and didn't skimp on quality! You're given a nice stainless steel bottle to use the water refill stations around the property which was nice to have in the heat and on excursions. It rained while we were there and they supply massive umbrellas to walk around with and when they were running low they refilled them with brand new ones so that there was enough for each guest. The beach was amazing and beautiful and the chairs at the beach and pool are padded and comfortable. We were able to walk right up to get a paddle board and kayak without any wait or reservation. They had lotion sunscreen at the pool available to use. All the staff were so friendly. We ate at a couple restaurants onsite and enjoyed the food. We played pickle ball and outdoor chess. They had bikes but we didn't use them. Its walking distance to thursday fish fry, the grocery store and shopping. We spent an evening at the Ritz nextdoor and were not impressed with service or the property and were happy we were at Seven Star!"
"Alberto and the whole staff were amazing....friendly and accommodating.
Our 8 day stay was exceptional
The shuttle service they have to the beach and the amenities at the sister resort were great. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend"
