I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression.
The main drawback is the location. It’s a bit removed from downtown and the main tourist areas, so we found ourselves needing taxis for most outings, which added up quickly. There’s no on-site food or alcohol service, which was disappointing—especially since it would have been nice to relax by the pool with a drink. The beach is about an 8-minute walk, though the hotel does offer golf cart transportation and bicycles, which helps.
There are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby, but overall the area feels quiet and somewhat isolated—particularly when traveling with kids and wanting easy access to activities. That said, if you’re looking for a more remote, low-key, and relaxing experience, this hotel is a great option.
Overall, it’s a very nice property with excellent rooms and great staff. Staying here made us realize we prefer being closer to a busier area, so I’m not sure we’d stay again, but I would still recommend it depending on what kind of trip you’re looking for.
