I was bitten by so many mosquitoes, my legs are so itchy and have a lot of red dots from mosquito bites. The bathroom did not flush properly we have to plush it 4 times so it will work. other than that turks and caicos is a great plce.

The South Fleetwood property is an excellent place to stay in Grace Bay! It's a short walk to the beach and a shot walk into town, with dining and shopping nearby. The unit was newly renovated, and the pool was relaxing.

This was an absolute gorgeous Villa, we stayed in studio 2 and really enjoyed it. The beach is 2 min away and within 5 min you are downtown and have dining an shopping options. The studio offered beach chairs, and an umbrella. While you don’t need it for grave bay beach (they have beach chairs) we used them for the other beaches we went to. We would definitely rent this gem again.

We loved our stay at the South Fleetwood property. The villa was quaint and had everything that we needed for the week. It was clean and pleasant around the whole complex. The villa is close to the beach and walkable to the strip with food & shopping. It was a great week and I can't wait to go back for another stay.

Super cute and just the right size and amenities for a couple to enjoy a few nights. Nice to have the private pool and super nice to be able to walk 1 minute to Grace Bay Beach. Loved that it was gated. Excellent and highly recommended and this is coming from someone that hardly writes reviews!

Perfect proximity to beach. Excursions picked up at the beach by us. Great space with our two adult children with us. Walked to restaurants and shops. 2 minute walk to the best beach in the world. Landscaping was beautiful. Outdoor kitchen was awesome.

Property is located in a nice gated complex. You have your own personal beach walkway..which only took 1-2 mins to get your feet in the sand! Our unit came with a cooler and even two beach chairs. We stayed at the sky villa unit, and we even had our own top deck for star gazing at night! Everything was within walking distance. Great place. Would definitely go back!

This is a below the radar property there is no one in site. You check in/out at the Lodgings next to the airport . It’s very quite small property I had villa 7 on second floor with a rooftop vista. Property is surrounded by palms. 2 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes walk to Grace Bay dining area. Big kitchen too.
